This project was completed in the spring of 2009 for a local realtor at her second home.  She wanted to turn the front portion of her garage into a living space while leaving the rear portion as a storage area.  We began by removing everything from the garage and then began construction.  We installed a shelving system in back and installed outlets lights and a ceiling fan.  We also cut out a space for a door in the rear to keep the storage area separate from the living space.  To keep the outside looking like a garage we custom built two new doors and installed windows in them.  We also installed two windows in the living space to provide more light and a cool breeze in the summer.
